Sea Passion Snorkeling & Sailing Tour Board the 75’ “Sea Passion” catamaran and cruise over the crystal clear waters of the Caribbean for an unforgettable experience. Enjoy snacks and beverages while sailing and relaxing in the nets as the water passes under you. Then snorkel at one of Cancun’s beautiful reef locations. Box lunches will be provided for guests who return to the hotel from other activities close to the departure time for this activity. Offered: May 15 & 16: 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. Travel time from hotel: 25 minutes. Attire: bathing suit, shorts, shirt/t-shirt. The Ritz-Carlton Culinary Center Immerse yourself in the imaginative world of renowned chefs, observe techniques, prepare recipes and enjoy your creations paired with wine in a magnificent Viking Range kitchen overlooking the beautiful Caribbean. During your two-hour session the Ritz-Carlton will teach you how to prepare some of the most delicious fish or shrimp ceviche or the typical guacamole served with handmade tortillas and fresh sauce made in “molcajete.” Availability is limited to 14 people per session, and will be based on a first-come, first-served basis.
