Itinerary Wednesday, May 13 - Arrival throughout the day into Cancun… Bienvenido! Our program officially begins with a reception at 6:30 p.m. by the pool followed by a buffet dinner on the beach. It will be a fun and casual evening of great food and music. The Ritz-Carlton’s “shoe butler” will be happy to take good care of your shoes if you wish during dinner. Attire: shorts, slacks, casual dress, flat shoes; no jackets or ties. Thursday, May 14 - Breakfast buffet is by the pool. The annual President’s Club Business Meeting begins at 8:30 a.m. with a presentation of included and encouraged to participate. Attire for breakfast and business meeting: shorts/slacks, casual dress; no jackets or ties. Departure is at 11:30 a.m. for a delicious buffet lunch and afternoon at Marina Maroma. Feel the rush of riding your own speed boat or wave runner, soar through the sky on a parasail, take a short catamaran cruise to a nearby reef to snorkel, or ride a horse or ATV through the mangroves. Please go to the activities section of the web registration page and feel free to sign up for more than one activity if the timing permits. The wave runners, speed boats and parasailing are available for two people at one time. (Should you wish to sign up solo for any of these activities, we will pair you up with someone as adventurous as you. We will e-mail you information about your partner closer to the time of the program.) Attire: bathing suit, shorts/slacks, sandals; closed-toe shoes for ATVs; pants/capris, closed-toe shoes and bathing suit under attire for horseback riding as there will be a walk into the water at the end of the ride. Dinner this evening will be at the hotel with a reception beginning at 6:30 p.m. We’ll save the rest of the details until you arrive. Attire: casual, shorts/slacks, casual dress; no jackets or ties. highlights followed by a well known speaker who guarantees to provide a fascinating look into his or her life experiences.
